Over the course of his six previous albums, starting with his debut ‘Painted Diaries’ in 2009, Reza Khan has worked with some of the biggest names in contemporary jazz while developing a fascinating trademark fusion of pop, jazz, soul and world influences.

His empowering world jazz guitar music is steeped in his international roots and status as a socially conscious musical citizen of the world. Along the way, the Bangladesh-born, NYC-based composer and guitarist has enjoyed several breakthrough hits on the Billboard Jazz chart, including his first Top Ten single “Drop of Faith” (featuring Nils) from his critically acclaimed fifth album ‘Next Train Home’ and “Waiting for the Sky” from the 2021 collection ‘Imaginary Road.’

Jazz pianist Tedd Firth, most often seen in the Twin Cities as accompanist to such vocalists as Marilyn Maye, Michael Feinstein and Bernadette Peters, makes his solo debut at Crooners with an evening of solo jazz piano along with some very special guests.

Tedd Firth is a musical director, pianist and arranger. As musical director and accompanist he has worked with Bernadette Peters, Michael Feinstein, Marilyn Maye, Brian Stokes Mitchell, Barbara Cook, Maureen McGovern, Elaine Paige, Tom Wopat, Leslie Uggams, Joshua Bell, Melissa Errico, Christine Ebersole, Lee Ann Womack, Faith Prince, John Schneider, Betty Buckley, Mary Cleere Haran, Margaret Whiting, Carol Sloane and many others.

Among the jazz musicians he has performed or recorded with are John Pizzarelli, Houston Person, Frank Wess, Mark Whitfield, Red Holloway, Benny Golson and Joe Morello.

As an arranger and orchestrator, Tedd’s work has been performed by all major American symphony orchestras. In 2023, Tedd created the two piano arrangements and full orchestrations for the concert “Two Pianos: Who Could Ask for Anything More?” featuring Michael Feinstein and classical pianist Jean-Yves Thibaudet.

Television appearances include “The Today Show,” “Live From Lincoln Center” and “All My Children.”
